Return policy

We want you to receive your products in perfect condition, so we only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

You must send photos of the damaged or incorrect product as soon as you receive it to [email protected].

To return the product, you have up to 14 days from receipt to request the return.

Vane Unique will cover the cost of the return shipping label via Shippo.

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process a full refund via Stripe, returning the funds to the customer’s original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect product choice.
