All products in this store are made to order (Print on Demand).
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Clear photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
• Your order number
A free replacement or a refund will be issued.
You do not need to return the item.
We Do Not Accept Returns For:
• Wrong size or color ordered
• Preference changes
• Accidental purchases
• Rejected or returned packages without prior approval
Undelivered Orders
If the shipping carrier cannot deliver the package due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If the package is lost in transit, we will provide a free replacement.
